Hatch - Configuration File Generator

I usually make templates for standard configurations, then utilize find/replace to plug in the specific values. When a teammate needs to make a similar configuration file I send them my "template" and they find/replace values usually in notepad or whatever. That works fine, but I wanted to make my life easier.
