The only comment I’d make is somehow note the order of the images. It’s easy to get if you understand the process, if you don’t it could be confusing.

Along those lines…. I’d switch up pitching and aerating. Meaning, what I do is:
chill -> pitch -> aerate -> seal/ferment

Doing so makes sure all the yeasties are well mixed. Does it make a difference. Prob not.

Finally – at what point do you open a beer? How often do you repeat the beer opening/consuming step? I could use some pointers there myself.
