The only comment I&#039;d make is somehow note the order of the images. It&#039;s easy to get if you understand the process, if you don&#039;t it could be confusing.

Along those lines.... I&#039;d switch up pitching and aerating. Meaning, what I do is:
chill -&gt; pitch -&gt; aerate -&gt; seal/ferment

Doing so makes sure all the yeasties are well mixed. Does it make a difference. Prob not.

Finally - at what point do you open a beer? How often do you repeat the beer opening/consuming step? I could use some pointers there myself.</description>
