Macbook and imac are essentially the same, imac is cheaper.. notebook is portable. Mac pro tower is way too expensive... but seems like the only real option. It’s a toss up man. It's vid card is better than my MacBook Pro, I think it's bus speed is better if I recall, and it's not quite so packed into the case so it actually is a lot easier to mod than the laptop.
